1. Sponsor
The Fountain Park Pizza & Movie Night Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored and administered by Chickadee Insurance (“Sponsor”), a Florida insurance agency.

2. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open exclusively to individuals who:
Are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.
Are legal residents of Florida.
Maintain their primary residence within the Fountain Park subdivision in Polk City, Florida.
Comply with these Official Rules.
Only eligible Fountain Park residents may enter or win the Giveaway.
Individuals referred to Chickadee Insurance may reside anywhere in Florida and do not need to live within Fountain Park.
Owners, employees, and members of the immediate households of Chickadee Insurance are not eligible.
Sponsor reserves the right to verify subdivision residency and eligibility before awarding the prize. Verification may be requested privately and will not require participants to publicly disclose their addresses.
3. Giveaway Entry Period
The Giveaway begins on October 23, 2026, at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) and ends on October 31, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. EDT.
All free entries and referral submissions must be received during this period.
No new entries or referral submissions will be accepted after October 31, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. EDT.
4. How to Enter
There are two ways to receive entries.
A. Free Entry — One (1) Entry
Eligible Fountain Park residents may receive one free entry by commenting “PIZZA NIGHT!” on the official Chickadee Insurance Facebook Giveaway post during the Giveaway Entry Period.
Limit one free entry per eligible individual, regardless of the number of comments submitted.
No insurance inquiry, referral, purchase, or payment is required to receive this entry.
B. Qualified Referral Bonus — Three (3) Additional Entries
Eligible participants may receive three additional drawing entries for each unique, qualified referral submitted during the Giveaway Entry Period.
A qualified referral must:
Be a Florida resident who is at least 18 years old.
Have a genuine interest in a home or auto insurance review or comparison quote.
Voluntarily consent to being contacted by Chickadee Insurance.
Provide accurate and sufficient information reasonably necessary to conduct a legitimate insurance review or prepare a comparison quote.
Identify the eligible Fountain Park resident responsible for the referral.
Not have previously qualified as a referral for another participant in this Giveaway.
Participants may introduce referrals by sharing Chickadee Insurance's contact information and asking the interested individual to contact the agency directly.
Alternatively, participants may privately provide referral contact information with the referred individual's prior permission. Bonus entries will not be credited until the referred individual confirms consent and satisfies the qualification requirements.
No insurance purchase, policy issuance, or change of insurance carrier is required.
A participant may receive bonus entries regardless of whether the referred individual ultimately purchases insurance.
5. Referral Qualification Period
November 1–14, 2026
Chickadee Insurance will have until November 14, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST) to contact referred individuals, verify their interest and consent, and obtain the information reasonably necessary to qualify their referrals.
Only referrals originally submitted during the Giveaway Entry Period and meeting all published qualification requirements by November 14 will earn bonus entries.
A referral does not need to purchase insurance, change carriers, bind a policy, or receive a completed quote to qualify.
Referrals that do not satisfy the qualification requirements by the deadline will not receive bonus entries.
6. Entry Limits and Finalization
Each eligible participant may receive:
One (1) free entry.
Three (3) bonus entries per unique, qualified referral.
There is no preset maximum number of qualified referrals, provided each referral meets all stated requirements.
Duplicate referrals, fabricated submissions, unauthorized contact information, or fraudulent entries will not qualify.
If multiple participants refer the same individual, credit will be awarded to the first participant whose referral meets the qualification requirements, as determined by documented submission and qualification records.
November 15, 2026 — Entry Finalization
All eligible free entries and qualified referral bonus entries will be reviewed, verified, and finalized before the drawing.
Each valid entry will receive equal consideration in the random drawing.
7. Prize Description
One (1) winner will receive a Pizza & Movie Night Prize valued at $75.00 USD.
The prize will consist of one or more gift cards totaling $75, selected by Sponsor for pizza, food, entertainment, or related purchases.
Total approximate retail value of all prizes: $75.00 USD.
The prize is nontransferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
The winner is responsible for any applicable taxes or expenses not expressly included in the prize.
8. Winner Selection and Drawing
Drawing Date: November 16, 2026
One winner will be selected through a random drawing from all eligible entries received and qualified under these Official Rules.
Each valid entry, including qualified referral bonus entries, will have an equal chance of selection.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
The drawing will be conducted or supervised by Chickadee Insurance.
9. Winner Notification and Verification
The potential winner will be contacted through Facebook Messenger or another contact method voluntarily provided to Sponsor.
The potential winner must respond within 72 hours of the initial notification and provide reasonable verification of eligibility and Fountain Park residency.
If the potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required period, or is determined to be ineligible, Sponsor may select an alternate winner through another random drawing.
The prize will be awarded only after eligibility has been verified.
10. No Purchase Necessary
No purchase, payment, insurance application, policy issuance, or change of insurance carrier is required to enter or win.
Purchasing insurance will not increase the number of entries awarded or otherwise improve a participant's chances of winning.
Any insurance quotes or reviews provided by Chickadee Insurance are separate from the Giveaway and are subject to applicable carrier underwriting guidelines and insurance regulations.
11. Referral Consent and Privacy
Participants must obtain permission before sharing another person's private contact or insurance information.
Referred individuals must voluntarily agree to communicate with Chickadee Insurance.
Information collected for the Giveaway may be used to:
Administer and verify entries.
Confirm qualified referrals.
Contact the potential winner.
Verify eligibility and deliver the prize.
Provide insurance reviews or comparison quotes voluntarily requested by referred individuals.
Participation in the Giveaway does not automatically authorize promotional text messages, automated calls, or unrelated marketing communications.

12. Fair Participation and Disqualification
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify participants who engage in fraud, misrepresentation, duplicate account manipulation, automated entries, unauthorized referral submissions, or other conduct that compromises the integrity of the Giveaway.
Entry requirements will be applied consistently and fairly.
Sponsor may suspend, modify, or cancel the Giveaway if circumstances beyond its reasonable control materially interfere with its administration, subject to applicable law.
13. Publicity and Winner Announcement
Sponsor may announce that a winner has been selected.
The winner may voluntarily authorize publication of their first name, photograph, or other identifying information.
Sponsor will not publicly disclose the winner's home address or private insurance information.
Any required winner disclosures will be made in accordance with applicable law.
14. Facebook and Meta Disclaimer
This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Meta.
By participating, entrants acknowledge that the Giveaway is administered by Chickadee Insurance, not Facebook or Meta.
Participants are not required to share the Giveaway post on their personal timelines, tag friends, or repost content as a condition of entry.
15. Applicable Law
The Giveaway is governed by applicable federal and Florida laws and regulations, including applicable insurance referral, promotional gift, consumer protection, and game promotion requirements.
The Giveaway is void where prohibited by law.
16. Acceptance of Official Rules
By entering, participants acknowledge that they have read and agree to these Official Rules and Terms and Conditions.
